How do I change my password?

Updating your password is very fast and easy. You can change your Packlink PRO password, by following these steps:

From your Packlink PRO account

1. Access your Packlink PRO account.
2. Click Settings, on the top right of your screen.
3. Select Your account, in the left navigation menu.
4. Click Change password.
5. Enter your Current password.
6. Enter your New password.
7. For security reasons and to avoid any mistakes, Confirm your new password. 
8. Click Save.

From Packlink homepage

1. Access Packlink PRO login page.
2. Click Recover password.
3. Enter your email address, then click Reset.
4. You will receive an email in your inbox. Please check also the Spam folder. 
5. Once you have located the email, follow the instructions to create a new one. 
6. Go back to Packlink PRO login page, and access your Packlink PRO account.
7. Enter your email address and the new password.
