If you cannot access your Packlink PRO account, this may be due to:
- Incorrect password - Make sure you are typing the password correctly and that the Caps Lock option is not activated on your keyboard.
- The email address entered is incorrect - Check if the email is correct, without any spaces in it.
- Inactive account - When you register on Packlink PRO, we will send you an email to activate your account by following a few simple steps. If you do not activate it, the system will not recognise you as a user so you will not be able to log in.
