Auctane, S.L.U. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
To help Packlink and its customers comply with the EU Data Protection Law (General Data Protection Regulation, or ‘GDPR’), we have updated our privacy practices, policies, agreements and internal processes.
The new regulation strengthens the guarantees of the processing of your data and introduces new ways of protection, such as the right to be forgotten and the right to share your personal details.
The measures reinforce your ability to control the information you share with third parties.
Below is a summary of the main changes:
- GDPR: imposes new obligations on organisations that process personal data within the EU. As a result, we’ve updated our business policies, privacy policy and terms of service to better explain the rights of our customers and users and your relationship with Packlink.
- It improves clarity and transparency: As a fundamental part of GDPR compliance, we’ve made our privacy policy easier to understand and we describe our data processing practices in simple and clear language. To read our full privacy policy, click on our Privacy policy article.
