If you’ve tried to access Packlink PRO and you forgot your password, don’t worry, you can easily regain access to our platform. Please follow these steps:
- Access Packlink PRO login page.
- Click Recover password.
- Enter your email address, then click Reset.
- You will receive an email in your inbox. Please check also the Spam folder.
- Once you have located the email, follow the instructions to create a new one.
- Go back to Packlink PRO login page, and access your Packlink PRO account.
- Enter your email address and the new password.
If you have reset your password, but you cannot access your Packlink PRO account, please contact our Customer Support. You can click on Contact us at the end of this page, or you can click Help in your Packlink PRO dashboard.
