Can’t log in with your password? You should bear in mind that this may be due to:
- Incorrect password
- Inactive account (When you register on PackLink PRO, we will send you an email to activate your account by following a few simple steps. If you do not activate it, the system will not recognise you as a user so you will not be able to log in.)
- The email address entered is incorrect.
