Yes, while purchasing a label the system will show you the available dates and time slots based on the service you have selected and the collection address.
Please note, these time slots are set directly by the transport company. Therefore, it is not possible to request a specific collection time.
Is it possible to know what time the courier will arrive?
Regrettably, we cannot provide an exact collection time. The courier carries out multiple collections throughout the day, and the time may vary depending on the volume of shipments in the area or due to unforeseen events on the route, such as traffic, roadworks, vehicle breakdowns, road restrictions, parking difficulties, or other factors.
The courier will collect your parcel within the selected time slot and will make every effort to adhere to that timeframe.
Modify or reduce the time slot
Once the service has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the collection time. After the shipment has been purchased, the transport company organises the route according to the number of collections assigned to each area. For this reason, no further changes can be made, nor can the selected time slot be reduced to a shorter period.

- Ensure that there is a person present at the address throughout the entire time slot for collection of the parcel.
