Of course! Please follow these instructions to change the collection date, according to your shipment status.
Ready for payment
- Access your Packlink PRO account.
- Select Ready for payment, in the left navigation menu.
- The list of orders will be automatically displayed.
- Click the icon Ready to purchase.
- On the upper part of the screen, select the tab Address data.
- Scroll down the page and use the calendar to update the Collection date.
- If you want to save this shipment for later, click Save in the top right corner. If, instead, you want to finalise this order, click Go to payment.
Drafts
- Access your Packlink PRO account.
- Select Drafts, in the left navigation menu.
- The list of orders will be automatically displayed.
- Click Complete.
- Provide the required information to complete the order, then click Get rates.
- Choose the carrier for the shipment, then click Book now.
- In the tab Address data provide the required information, then scroll down the page to locate the Collection date.
- Use the calendar to select a new collection date.
- If you want to save this shipment for later, click Save in the top right corner. If, instead, you want to finalise this order, click Go to payment.
Ready for shipping
- Access your Packlink PRO account.
- Select Ready for shipping, in the left navigation menu.
- The list of orders will be automatically displayed.
- Locate the order that has not been picked up yet and click on See details.
- In the section Other actions, click Create support ticket.
- Automatically, a new window will open in your browser. Among the available ticket types, choose Pick Up.
- Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose a new pickup date on the calendar (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Important Collections are always arranged for the next day.
- Enter any comments, observations, or relevant information in the corresponding field that could be useful for the pick up service.
- Click Create.
Our Customer Support will get in touch with you as soon as possible via email, to confirm the new pick up date and provide you all the information you need.
Tips
In case you want to edit the collection date for the next day, in less than 24 hours, to avoid any delays, we strongly recommend you to cancel the shipment and purchase a new one.
