Label
The label is mandatory, except for Seur Classic S2S and Seur Classic S2D services, in which a QR code is used to deposit the goods at a Drop-Off Point.
Please don’t cover the barcode/QR code with sellotape to ensure the label can be scanned correctly.
Although the courier usually carries a collection note, you can print this label twice so that the driver signs it as proof of collection, which you will need to keep until the shipment is correctly delivered to its destination.
Services with QR-code deposit option
- After 30 minutes from the service purchase, Seur sends a QR code to the sender's email that can be used to deposit the goods at a Drop-Off Point, without printing and attaching the label to the package.
- The QR code is sent directly by Seur, in a separate email it is not included in the original email confirmation sent from Packlink. Therefore, the sender should check their inbox and the spam folder to ensure that the email from Seur with the QR code has been received.
Steps to deposit the package:
- Find your nearest Seur Drop-Off point and check the schedule for the reception of goods.
- Go to the office/locker with the goods properly packed.
- Present the QR code sent by Seur from your mobile device.
- Give the package to the office staff or deposit it in the corresponding locker. Seur will take care of labelling it at their facilities.
- Request proof/receipt of the deposit. This will be the evidence that Seur has taken care of your package
Delivery and collection times
- Collection times: from 9 am to 8 pm depending on the location. The system will tell you the options available.
- Delivery times: throughout the day.

Deposit:
- You can deposit the goods at the Seur office/locker closest to your home at the time and date that best suits you.
- Even if the Seur office/locker is open on Saturdays, please note that the goods will not begin their transit until Monday.

Collection:
- During the price enquiry, you’ll see the first available collection date, but this doesn’t mean that you can’t choose a later date.
- The collection service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Remember that, although it may not be a holiday in your local town/city if the branch in charge of the collection is not operating because of a holiday in the local city/county, the collection will not be able to take place.
- Home delivery: in the event of a failure or impossibility of delivery, the parcel can be delivered to an agreed point or a neighbour's home.

Delivery at the office/locker:
- In the event of not being able to deliver to the selected office/locker, the carrier can deliver the goods to another nearby office/locker.
- The period for collection of the package by the recipient: 5 calendar days at the locker and 10 calendar days at the office, from its availability. Seur will send reminder e-mails to the recipient.
- If the package is not collected by the established deadline, it will be automatically returned to the Drop-Off Point of origin.

Important
On certain occasions, due to logistical, operational and climatological reasons, as well as others unrelated to Packlink PRO, it isn’t possible to collect or deliver on the estimated day.
Conditions
- It’s the user’s responsibility to track the shipment and provide Packlink PRO with a solution within a maximum of 5 working days from the beginning of the first incident.
- If no one is home, the transportation company will try to leave an attempted delivery note at the recipient’s address whenever possible. Alternatively, the shipment may be dropped off at an arranged location.
- The return to place of origin isn’t included in any of the services, whatever the reason for the return may be (absence, incorrect address, rejection, etc.).
- The times are estimated except for the services with guaranteed delivery, so the user will not have the right to a shipment refund in case of a delay arising from the transport.
Proof of delivery
- Digital proof of delivery at no extra cost. This document can only be requested by the payer of the service.
- Provided that it’s not a certified delivery, a third party, who is not necessarily the recipient of the shipment, may receive it.
Coverage
Standard protection
All services include the coverage stated in point Maximum liability of Packlink PRO, in the Terms and Conditions of the service.
Extra protection
It’s possible to contract an extra protection for a maximum value of €2,500.
In any case, the coverage will be effective for all contracted services provided that the transported goods are not among those in the List of Prohibited and non-compensation items, nor does it apply to damage caused by insufficient packaging, in which case, at the time of contracting, the user accepts that they are transported without any extra protection coverage.
