SEUR CLASSIC

Characteristics:

  • Requires a printer: Mandatory label
  • Transit time: Between 2 to 4 days to the main European cities, other destinations +2 days
  • Delivery schedule: Throughout the day
  • Included delivery attempts: 2 *except delivery at an agreed point after the first missed delivery
  • Maximum weight (kg): 30
  • Maximum package length: 175 cm. Length in cm + ( width in cm x2) + (height in cm x2) less than or equal to 300 cm.
  • Single bulk shipments. Maximum weight per package: 30 kg. (each package will be considered as a consignment)
  • Extras:
    - Up to two collection attempts at no extra cost.

- Possibility of requesting scanned proof of delivery

  • Delivery schedule: Throughout the day
  • Included delivery attempts: 2 *except delivery at an agreed point after an incident with the first delivery.
  • Maximum weight (kg): 30
  • Maximum package length: 120 cm. Sum of dimensions not greater than: 300 cm
  • Transit time: 48 hrs (from the time of collection) in the main European cities, other destinations +2

 

Extras

  • Up to two collection attempts at no extra cost.
  • Possibility of requesting scanned proof of delivery
  • Allows multi-bulk shipments (several packages with the same international tracking number)

 

Restrictions:

  • There is no service from the Canary Islands and Ceuta (only available within the mainland).

  • Maximum package length: Maximum length 160 cm. Total sum of the 3 sides 220 cm.
  • Transit time: Estimated delivery within 24 hours (from the time of collection) for the mainland, Andorra and Portugal

Estimated delivery in 72 hours (after collection) for the Balearic Islands

 

Extras

  • Up to two collection attempts at no extra cost.
  • Possibility of requesting scanned proof of delivery

 

Restrictions

  • For shipments over 50 kg, goods must be palletised

SEUR CANARY ISLANDS ALL INCLUDED

Characteristics:

 

  • Requires a printer: Mandatory label
  • Delivery schedule: Throughout the day
  • Included delivery attempts: 2 *except delivery at an agreed point after an incident with the first delivery.
  • Maximum weight (kg): 20
  • Maximum length of the package: the sum of the three dimensions must not exceed 250 centimetres
  • Transit time: Estimated delivery in 48/72 hours from the mainland. Delivery on any of the Canary Islands (in Gomera and El Hierro the delivery period will be 72/96 hours).

 

Extras

  • Up to two collection attempts at no extra cost.
  • Possibility of requesting scanned proof of delivery
  • Customs clearance and formalities included , taxes not included.*Includes export and import clearance, for goods with a value less than €150.

 

Additional information:

  • Mandatory invoice with the value of the goods and specific declaration of content that must be stuck on the outside of the package.
  • Dangerous goods and fresh or perishable products are not allowed.

Label

 

This document is the one you need to stick on the package(s). Don’t cover the barcode part with sellotape to ensure the correct scanning of the label.

Although the courier usually carries a collection note, you can print this label twice so that the driver signs it as proof of collection, which you must keep until the shipment is correctly delivered to its destination.

Collection and delivery times

  • Collection times are between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. depending on the place of residence. The system will offer you the available options.
  • Delivery times throughout the day
  • During the price inquiry, you’ll see the first available collection date, but this doesn’t mean that you can’t choose a later date. :)

  • The collection service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Remember that, although it may not be a holiday in your locality, if the branch in charge of the collection is not operating because of a holiday in the city / province, the collection will not be able to take place.

  • If you want to track the transportation company Seur's website, access their website and detail the Packlink reference number adding 01 immediately after without any space, i.e. if your Packlink reference is ES2018COM0000001 in ‘Track your shipment’ then you must indicate ES2018COM000000101 >/p>

Transit time

  • The transit depends on the contracted service; let us remind you of what we currently offer:
    • Seur 24h: Estimated 24 working hours
    • Seur DPD Air: Estimated 24 working hours
    • Seur Classic: Estimated between 2 to 4 days to the main European cities, other destinations +2 days
    • Seur Canary Islands All Inclusive:Estimated delivery in 48/72 hours from the mainland. Delivery on any of the Canary Islands (in Gomera and El Hierro the delivery period will be 72/96 hours)

 

On certain occasions, due to logistical, operational and climatological reasons, as well as others unrelated to Packlink, it isn’t possible to collect or deliver on the estimated day.

Conditions

  • It’s the user’s responsibility to track the shipment and provide Packlink with a solution within a maximum of 5 working days from the beginning of the first incident.
  • If no one is home, the transportation company will try to leave an attempted delivery note at the recipient’s address whenever possible. Alternatively, the shipment may be dropped off at an arranged location.
  • The return to place of origin isn’t included in any of the services, whatever the reason for the return may be (absence, incorrect address, rejection, etc.).
  • The times are estimated except for the services with guaranteed delivery, so the user will not have the right to a shipment refund in case of a delay arising from the transport.

Proof of delivery

  • Digital proof of delivery at no extra cost. This document can only be requested by the payer of the service.
  • Provided that it’s not a certified delivery, a third party, who is not necessarily the recipient of the shipment, may receive it.

Insurance coverage

Included coverage

All services include the coverage stated in point 14.1. Maximum liability of Packlink.es, in the Terms and Conditions of the service.

Additional coverage

It’s possible to contract an additional coverage for a maximum value of €2,500.

In any case, the coverage will be effective for all contracted services provided that the transported goods are not among those in the List of Prohibited and Restricted Items, nor does it apply to damage caused by insufficient packaging, in which case, at the time of contracting, the user accepts that they are transported without any insurance coverage.
