GlobalPost Economy Tracked Small Parcel
- Requires a printer : mandatory label.
- Drop-off at Yodel Collect + ParcelShop by the sender. Find the nearest location.
- Transit time: estimated 7 - 10 working days for Europe and 8 - 11 working days for the rest of the world.
- Delivery times: Throughout the day.
- Included delivery attempts: 2.
- Maximum weight: 2 kg.
- Maximum dimensions: length 60 cm. Length + width + height = maximum 90 cm.
- Extras: Possibility of requesting digital proof of delivery.
Label
After you have purchased your shipment, you will receive an email with the order confirmation, and you can download your label (Yodel Collect+).
The label is mandatory and must be printed prior to taking parcel to Collect + ParcelShop. Please do NOT cover the barcode part with sellotape to ensure the label can be scanned correctly.
Delivery and collection times
- Drop off: you can deposit the parcel at the Yodel drop-off point closest to your home or at the ParcelShop of your choice, at the time and date that best suits you. Check Collect+ Parcel store opening time. Find your local Yodel store.
- Although Yodel drop-off points provide services on Saturdays, please note that the goods will not begin their transit time until Monday.
- Keep the receipt/ticket provided by the ParcelShop when you drop off the package.

GlobalPost Economy service uses the worldwide postal networks for final mile delivery.
- Once the service is confirmed, a domestic label (Yodel Collect+) is generated to a consolidation point, addressed to a GlobalPost warehouse, located in Heathrow, London, United Kingdom.
Upon reaching the facilities, the parcel is scanned and re-labelled to a carrier for delivery to the international delivery address.
- Once the service is confirmed, a domestic label (Yodel Collect+) is generated to a consolidation point, addressed to a GlobalPost warehouse, located in Heathrow, London, United Kingdom.
- Customs: customs forms do not need to be printed and placed on the parcel. Once the goods arrive at the GlobalPost facilities, customs forms are applied to the parcel using the data sent to GlobalPost from Packlink.
- Home delivery or to a safe place. If no one is at home, the transportation company will be able to deliver to a safe place, such as the porch, shed, letterbox, or other areas of the address.
- Deliveries: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Unsuccessful deliveries: goods will be held at a depot for 28 days before being disposed of by the carrier. Release of goods under request.

The transit of the service is estimated and not guaranteed, as specified at the time of quote.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and purchased service, let us remind you of what we currently offer:
- GlobalPost Economy Tracked Small Parcel: estimated 7 - 10 working days for Europe and 8 - 11 working days for the rest of the world.
Important
- Delivery times for estimated transit services are indicative and non-binding, estimated in working days from Monday to Friday, from the date of receipt of the shipment.
- Estimated transit does not include the 48 - 96 hour increment to/from islands or remote areas, etc.
- Weekends, non-working days in transit and destination countries, public holidays and national holidays, together with delays caused by customs, the Public Administration or other events beyond our control, weather or logistics, are never included in the estimate of delivery times provided in our offers. We inform you that if there are logistical problems (delays with distribution, accidents, traffic, bad weather, strikes, etc. the delivery date may change.
Conditions
- It’s the user’s responsibility to track the shipment and provide Packlink PRO with a solution within a maximum of 5 working days from the beginning of the first incident.
- If no one is home, the transportation company will try to leave an attempted delivery note at the recipient’s address whenever possible. Alternatively, the shipment may be dropped off at a specific location.
- The return to place of origin isn’t included in any of the services, whatever the reason for the return may be (absence, incorrect address, rejection, etc.).
- The times are estimated except for the services with guaranteed delivery, so the user will not have the right to a shipment refund in case of a delay arising from the transport.
Proof of delivery
- GlobalPost's service does not include a certified delivery. A third party, who is not necessarily the addressee of the shipment, may receive it.
- If no one is available to receive the shipment at home, GlobalPost will be able to deliver to a safe place without obtaining a signature, such as the porch, shed, letterbox, or other designated areas of the address.
Coverage
Standard protection
Not included. Users must always purchase extra protection.
Extra protection
It’s possible to contract extra protection for a maximum value of £5,000.
In any case, the coverage will be effective for all contracted services provided that the transported goods are not among those in the List of Prohibited and non-compensation items, nor does it apply to damage caused by insufficient packaging, in which case, at the time of contracting, the user accepts that they are transported without any extra protection coverage.
